Lik sang did a componet cable that has the respective connections on it for PS2, GC and Xbox, but you will need to unplug the consoles that you are not using or you will loose brightness and get a flat image, although it is definitely easier than swapping cables behind the tv.

First one looks like the best bet, the second one would probably give you a dark image when you have more than one thing plugged into it.

for now i have 3 gold plated 2 into 1 adpaters
the picture is as good as it was and since i dont need both console on at once it works fine

Its passive too, so one less plug to have to deal with. It can be daisychained also which is what Im thnking of, as my PS2, GC, Xbox and DVD are all component and I only have 3 Comp inputs on the JVC. Its a lossless throughput also, so you will be getting the best picture possible.

For anyone with a plasma the Audio Authority 1154 is a must. Big money but worth it if you're spending thousands. No noticeable quality loss on my 43" display and it auto-switches when it detects a signal. Love it.
