I'm getting tempted about the possibilty of either buying a Custom stick or seeing if the Hori EX2 is moddable once SFIV hits.

If I struggle too much with pulling off Hadokens etc with the EX2 then I think I'll either contact Giga_death about one of his Sanwa Customs or see if someone can mod my Ex2 with Sanwa parts instead

No way I can afford over ?100 for the Hrap's but I'd still like a better quality product if possible.

Daft thing though Neil is the Hori 3 was only £45 when that came out on VF5 launch on PS3 for example and even with duty and postage I only paid around £70 and its fully custamisable (it was £5 more than the VF5 official stick). I only got the hori ex2 as amazon had em cheap for £30 2weeks before VF5 came on 360.

I would love a SFIV either tourney or standard but their expensive. I just dont like the Hori ex2 all around its got very small hand print for me and I always get hand cramp just with even using two buttons say on RIV. I hadnt used my Hori 3 in ages but bought Gradius V at xmas time and got it delivered last week so tried it for first time on PS3 and I didnt want to go back as other ones like a fisher price toy. The gate on the pro is just beautifull the stick is so responsive. Its reason Ive gone PS3 for SFIV but with all the shmups on shelf and more to come its going to have to be something really good to stop me caving at end of month.

I actually got my Hori Ex2 when Gamestation were selling them for ?20 a while back & up until recently it's been fine & I'm not sorry I got it but I do find on Street Fighter 2 & Battle Fantasia I struggle to hit moves in one motion & leave myself wide open because of it

I also like the appearance of the Pro's over the EX2 they look gorgeous...especially that Death Smiles one...I might try Zero's idea of selling some bits to fund one if I can find it

That Death Smiles Hori stick looks lovely. One of the few 'themed' RAPs that I've actually liked - still not going to buy one though, especially not with a SFIV TE on the way.

The stick and the game are both due on the 23rd. The stick is Amazon exclusive and limited to one per customer. I guess Play-Asia will have proxies buying them in Japan? Their markup is likely to be quite hefty.

Pla-Asia wont change the amount but obviously with the Rate of Exchange change lately $89.90 is now around the £64 mark at $1.4 to the £ so I know I wont be charged the £55 I originally ordered at because of the RoE

Makes me wish I'd paid by paypal back when I pre-ordered now
