Better playing with the **** teams - you get a much better game instead of all these blootered shots from outside the box resulting in a goal/deflection/stupid keeper reaction.

Had fun playing a few like that and hearing the other play bemoan the fact every shot outside the box went into the 2nd tier of the stadium.

he has got a tyrannosaurus left peg, if we do start a leauge would we eliminate certain powerful teams like chelsea, inter, madrid etc ?

PSV are pretty decent as are Bulgaria, need to go Scotland at some point....

If we do a league, I would be inclined to agree - exceptional sides forbidden.

The good players can still hit the stands with a shot, its all about your control of your boys shooting Adriano has the potential to put the ball into orbit if not used properly, he just seemed to be in a good mood last night, hehe.

Agree on the smaller teams though, def makes it more interesting and good use of strategy can make all the difference in these games. Doesn't have to be terrible teams, but smaller lesser used ones like Lyon, Valencia and Deportivo. Using these teams can lead to some of the best games you will get.

I suggest for a league, we wait until around Christmas (if manz are still playing by then!) mainly because the PES Rankings site is launched, so it will be easier to maintain the league, although as Mardi suggested a few posts back, various one-day cup competitions would be a good idea.

The wee 4 team cup we done last night was phenomenal success. My Inter triumped with 4-1 semi final and 3-1 final wins. Should def get a wee cup organised, set up fixtures and the players themselves can agree when to play...
