Tonight was FAAANTASTIC!

Leveled twice in the siren sands, and been in what must be the best party i've ever been in, with Fallows aswell. We've all agreed it was fantastic, and have agreed to try keeping a static party.

Running back through the highlands now, with Fallows kipping and /follow'ing me, at 2:46am, has reminded me why I love this game so much.

Just brilliant.

What are peoples' ingame usernames? Mine is Mrargus and I'll be on tomorrow from about 1pm. At the moment, level 6, there are so many low level people it's quite unbelievable. Hopefully I'll be level 12-15 after tomorrow. What level are all you guys?

Weird. My keyboard and Mouse don't work, however the lights on them do work, and if the Xbox is off and I hit a key on the keyboard, the Xbox turns on . Anybody know how to get it working?

Uninstalled this tonight. Just felt like a complete grinding chore for me, the thankless wandering around to find puny monsters, only to press A to auto attack for hours. Rinse and repeat for hours. That coupled with the complete lack of everything that Xbox 360 has been touting ie fantastic voice over live, crisp hi-def visuals etc and the thought of having to endure tedious gameplay for ages before the game starts to get good. I wanted to like this having spent over 150 hours on PSO on the dreamcast, but this just seems so dull.

I'm changing my mind on this...

I really, really wanted to get into it, then when I started playing, being absolutely clueless (And Silvergun never turning up to help me ) totally put me off. But I was playing for a good few hours yesterday, and even the lack of a keyboard didn't put me off finding a few decent people. I helped one guy find his way out of the mines, and he couldn't do enough for me afterwards!

So, help me level up anyone? Only a wee level 5 Tarutaru monk at the moment.

Have to agree in part, my housemate loves the PC version. I have watched him play before, and the first thing I noticed when I started playing is how grey it looked compared to the PC. I don't know if that effected my mood of the game, but I felt this dull after playing Guild Wars, I think it was just too many options for a console (even with a keyboard plugged in.) Also resting the said keyboard on my knees was horrible, ideally you need a desk of somthing to play, so I may as well be on a PC. It is a real shame NCSoft are not doing any 360 MMPORGs from what I heard because they would probably be more accessable. I was also not happy when it stole 4GB of harddrive space and there is still alot of loading between small zones. I am hoping he doesn't want to play it on the 360 anymore so I can recover my HD space.

Just to comment on the High def bit, you most likely won't see it in any 360 betas - let alone online RPGs. There's no law which stipulates that a beta version must resemble retail in all aspects. The gameplay mechanics and graphics engine are in place. The fine tuning and the "sparkle" come later.

fiddling is the key, the 360 seems tempremental. Once it does work dont touch it! Just keep plugging it in and unplugging it. A weird one but I had exactly the same trouble so persevere.
