Newcastle (me) 4-2 AZ Alkmar (hoolak)
Awesome game, had me sweating there for a while! First half ended with me 2-0 up, probably edged the play slightly but hoolak still had some good chances. Then in the second half my defense decided to go on holiday, Bramble especially was all over the place. Hoolak made a spirited fight back though and got it back at 2-2 and was actually looking more likely to win it! I got my arse in gear for one move and Owen nicked me infront on 82 mins with a smart finish. That wasn't it for drama though, Bramble let in one of his strikers and he rifled home only for it to be ruled offside, it was but only slightly.....my heart was in my mouth! With hoolak pressing for an equaliser, I managed to squeeze Owen through on the break in injury time, he went around the keeper but the keeper brought him down....penalty. Martins stepped up and sent the keeper the wrong way to make the scoreline look slightly flattering. 4-2 it ended but was much much closer, hoolak almost pulled of a Liverpool-esque comeback. lol yes good game fella. Was very difficult to play and found I had to try and keep my players deep to attempt to combat the speed of Martins and Owen. I tried
Thought it was gonna end up about 5 nil come half time. But the Alkymars came out a different team and the blonde player in my midfield topped up his head with more hair dye (he meant business) scraping back 2 goals. Then I was bummed by Owen and then my keeper did what he had to do I guess. However, the little div can't catch.
Best thing about it is that the game finished with same result as the real Newcaste/Alkmar (1st leg) game, 4-2.

Cheers for giving me Feyenoord, absolutely no hope of pulling off a shock with them.
I was trying to play with them last night against the CPU, the opposition players were walking faster than my team could run.

Yeah it finished Osasuna 4-0 Benfica wasn't a battering tbh you just let 2 dodgy goals in and couldn't come back. The last goal was scored after you had given up.

Alright guys, look Im really sorry about this but I cant get my pro evo 6 to load up, there's a dirty great big scratch on it and it just saying unplayable disc, the one time I did get it to load it pretty much just crashed out of the game staright away
If you's are looking to get 2nd round matches underway then I will quite happily forfeit my match and give the game to my opponent tikkaroma.
I have been trying today to get get a loan of a copy but it really isnt happening
