Whats the difference between normal and epic which you can select when you enter an area? I haven't got into the first town yet. lol.

Normal = Normal

Heroic = Harder mobs (mostly epic), better xp and loot. It's mainly for groups.

Just updated my nvidia drivers. Huge increase in performance, ive got it set to high now and no performance hits so far.

My character's name is Reinhardt. Im doing the single player stuff at the moment. Im currently lvl 10, a character was suppose to help me out in a fight, but she just stood there. Which ended up in my death. Now i have a death penalty, at least i didn't lose exp.

I started a ToS called Isderus last night, only got to about level 5 before I had to go out. As with Dezm0nd it runs like a dog and I probably should have waited for my new stuff to arrive, but I think it is just about playable in low detail. I'll grab some screenshots of what it looks like at lowest detail if anyone is interested.

Where do the screenshots save? Im sure i took a few last night but can't find them anywhere.

As for the single player, it takes place in the nighttime which is only accessed in the pub. You can get out of it anytime, just go to the pub again and vice versa. Although when you first start shipwrecked, you have to overcome that which is probably an hr and a half long, then the multiplayer is open.

I got started on some gathering quests last night, ended up spending about 4 hours just in Poitain finding different resources and marking them on my map, Also came across some of the guild building areas, nothing there yet but its cool seeing where the player built structures will be.

What im really enjoying about this is that nothing seems forced, since I got past tortage the game world seems very open, I have hardly thought about leveling so far, im just doing some exploring, gathering and the odd quest when I feel like it.

Getting into this more each time I go on.
