I know exactly what you mean about the CQC stuff, seems to happen at least once a day when I go on and is really dead annoying.

At the moment I'm finding it easiest to just host my own matches. That way I can set it to cycle all maps in the game modes I prefer (Team Sneaking usually) without having to use Automatching.

I did think there were Gene expansion lobbies though.

It's also time they added some new free maps or added a Gene expansion lobby. I don't see the point in buying three new maps if the Auto-matchmaking never uses the damn things.

There are automatching lobbies for the expansion levels, they have EX at the end, never managed to get a game in them yet as there are usually about only 20-30 people in them which means I've had to wait 10 mins waiting to get a game and then it times out!

At the minute the best way to play them is survival or join some hosted matches.

Just quick Q on this. I bought the addon map pack last night and the codec but I cant see anyway that I download the maps. Are they just built into the server side or am I missing something?

I still havent done out apart from setting a char up and registering it yet (Im busy going thru MGS1 for first time that I remember).

They are dl'd with the updates in the game so they purchase just unlocks them
