I?m so bored at work, I?ve come up with my equipment plan of action for the next couple of months due to the raising costs of sushi(60/70k a stack now), allow me to bore you all!

During my last exp party, I changed my setup a bit from +25tp store setup(+33acc*14%sushi) meant 6 hits = 105tp. To using meat kabob(only attack food I had on me), and donning my Haubie+kote, giving me only +12tp store with now extra +30att, +10acc, meaning higher DoT(usually 10/20 more damage on my hits more) and with a lower Mediate helping boost the lost TP output.

I plan to stay with that setup but use a better att+ food(try and break 500att) and gain the lost 13tp store by upgrading my merit TPstore to +10, and getting either the CoP ring(+5) or +1 hachiman Boots and x2 +1tp store earrings.

Last nights ZM8 run was a sucess and major credit needs to go to everyone for a job well done. There was certainly not much to spare as both HP and MP were low for everyone at the end and both Tsing and I Died and Re-Raised (that pesky Hate Reset again - the healer has a tough job with this one ><).

After Tsing went AFK, Mosley, Darwock and myself went through the next few missions to be ready for the ZM12 battle sometime soon. I seriously enjoyed seeing the new zones, Ro'Maeve and Hall of the Gods.


...and just to go on a little more. The ZM8 battle, the anticipation and nerves before entering, the intense battle itself, the CS after then the following missions concluding in the arrival at the Hall of the Gods is a MAJOR highpoint in the game for me. Truly amazing stuff. I am SO glad I decided to carry on playing this game as to miss out on this would have been criminal.

I was also chatting to someone the other night who told me that by the time you reach Level 63, you are about half way (Experience Point wise) to Level 75 O.o

Iceze told me the same thing. At lvl 74 the bar goes up to 44k. Hall of the gods was a sweet sight. Especally when tour guide Bayan was telling me about the 2 main Gods in the hall.

Just finished all the cuts and got to see the pool at full moon midnight to boot. Only thing that could have made it better was getting my moongate pass whilst there. Instead I found out that golems are sight agro and that invincible / warp is a good thing.

Look forward to getting ZM12 and us all being able to see sky for the first time.

In other news being as I was there I took my NPC out in the Western Altepa desert and got her to level for the first time, a new addiction? Maybe...

I think 60 used to be halfway before the xp changes, so not sure what it is now.

What is a Moongate Pass ?

Techinically that was true before they reduced the EXP needed from 50-75 71-75 was 40k,41k,42k,43k,44k so 63 was the middle point. Would have to work it out but i guess now the middle point is a few levels lower. Altho the exp buffer at 75 still stands at 44,000 29,800/44,000 and it doesnt last long.

Moongate Pass is a Key-item which opens the door to two seperate areas inside Ro'maeve. Both areas like 2 enclosed EXP camps with Evil Weapons and Statues good for EXP at 69-73 ish. $ Altho both doors open automatically on Full moons the only other way to open them is with the pass. You get a pass from a randomly spawning / moving ??? inside the "Moon" Areas. These areas are in the top left and right of the Ro'Maeve zone$

Ok, I know I said I was having a few day with no playing after what I can only describe as 'too much!' over the past couple of weeks but... With all last nights fun I am itching to put this sections of Zilart Missions behind us and have Sky access, so would be up for a try at the last NM tonight if others are available. It would be a little later for me, maybe 9.30ish but as far as I understand it shouldn't take too long^^

I'll check back on the Forum a little later to see if there is any interest for tonight and will log into FFXI later to check also...
