In my experience, GMs only act if the MPKer is caught in the act or if the player in question has been reported multiple times by different players.

Either way, its always worth reporting one.

Report it and there is a possibility that something may happen (even if it is a small chance).

MPK is fun though, our most triumphant accidental kill on Agarok, Clo and Joyfulbamboo was ace

They have fixed that one now though, I think the last remaining is the landing of DoT spells on a mob with hate elsewhere.

Right I've finished the Tenzen path and done Ulmia cutscenes up until I'm told to go to Ahttowa Chasm.

By the way I really recommend not using a guide to get through the 60 cap tower of Pso'xja, it's not a big area but it's laid out like a puzzle and it's awesome ^^ It got very frustrating but I sussed it in the end.

How would you do that. Not that I'd want to, but my n00b mind hasn't grasped all the details of the game yet, and well.. I'm just being nosey.

I've got to say though, it's worse than when I was learning Japanese getting my head around all these abbreviations, I've only just figured out kb is keyboard, I hope .. .

What they did in my case - I already had three monsters attacking me (two in addition to the one I really wanted to kill). I used an area of effect sleep spell to prevent the 2 additional ones from getting the better of me. You can't claim three monsters at once though, so the extra two were still able to be attacked by other people - what they did was cast a spell like poison, which does not cause enough damage for the monsters to turn and attack them, but does wake them up so they continue attacking me (and also prevent them being put back to sleep as they are continuously taking damage).

Another method is they can pull a load of monsters which link with each other or aggro low health into the area where another player is fighting, and then remove themselves from the zone (by a number of methods) so the monsters turn to the closest target i.e. the person being MPK'd. I'm sure there's other ways too.

Bloody hell, so it's a planned thing then, basically just idiots running round ruining the game for others. Can you not get banned for things like this? I know the damage has already been done (I can't even imagine how much EXP you guys must lose at your levels), but at least they can't be doing it again and to others.

The sky has gone black! Has that happened before? It went all weird with yellow clouds and black sky, now it's totally black (from 9:00am on the game clock). Fear the astral wind! lol

We were getting the absolute crap kicked out of us, at one point zavala reckoned about 25 people were killed by enemy mijin gakure - there were 4 or 5 huge dragons running around in the main area, we must have lost 4 of the 5 generals.. but we held on long enough! superb!

Fairly productive night last night. Took care of the Ulmia's path CS's so ready for the BC (Mos is doing these tonight), finished the 1st quest towards the Bowyer Ring and completed the NM fight for Bastok Mission 7-1 (been waiting literally 6 months on a shout for this!!).

Tonight I think me and D are heading to Newton Movalpolos to try for Gold Key's. Not sure how we will get on mind, every mob in there is IT++ to me atm...!

Picked up my gold key from storage last night so got that one sorted, if I'm around though I'll come lend a hand. Not sure of my plans tonght got to get everything set tonight to get to silverstone get the tent up and be in the circuit for first free practice at 11.

Or maybe just make it second practice at 14:00

Me and Goodwin had a good night last night. We did Eiki's quest where you have to climb Zegham Hill and lay the flowers at the monument.

It took us a while to get to the top although once there we sat down at the monument and invited 2x lvl.30 RDMs to sit with us for a bit of a chat. lol.

Being in a 2-man party at lvl.10 isn't that bad, we both lvl'd once out of it anyhow and our kills seemed nice and quick without much HP/MP being lost.

Goodwin has full scale armour now so that's him sorted for t3h dun3s, someone gave him 20k for dumping all his tat on them. lol.

Yeah given that the Uleguerand Range mobs I fought last night turned out to be much more difficult than anticipated I expect the Movalpolos ones will also be tougher. We will most likely not be able to kill them.
