Well.. that was ****! Thought I'd gotten really lucky too, body and hands both dropped. Silly me lot on all 7 items in the treasure pool forgetting I only had 5 spaces, and as a result the two mannequin parts were lost.

I done that bcnm (lizards) setup was war/nin (tank), healer/sleeper, DD. Sleep the white lizzy and take out the brown one ... if sleep dont stick we dead more or less ... the healer kites the other lizzy and sleeps at the same time. had 3/3 suvivals but drops were crap

War/nin, War/nin, Rdm/Nin or Bst, use our 2hrs, and comes back for another one 2hr later (maybe some PDZ inbetween )

the war/nins need regen drinks and 3 hi potions and something to get rid of paralyse. thats what i reccomend. reduce the job of the healer/kiter/bst.

If you need me as WAR/nin I don?t think I can do this. I have no lvl30 WAR equipment (outside of things that my NIN30 would use) and literally cannot hold any more items so buying equip is also no good.

Plus, I have 0 skill in axes as well so my abilities as a DD WAR/nin would be non-existant.

Nin/war would be good enough, plus if we use a bst it would provide the debuff (blind, paralyze etc,etc) i think i would be using Great Axe anyway, at that level a single G.axe is quicker and more powerfull than dual Axes.

I'd go with Tobal on that one, GAXE is the way forward pre 50 in my book. Having said that it may explain why I have an axe skill of about 20 at the moment, I see more skill up in my future.

If you?re sure that NIN/war is ok then I can definitely come as that but I?d be reluctant to be confident in my DD capabilities at that level (I?m sure you can appreciate why ). However depending on what gear Moot has available for WAR30 maybe he can lend me some. It would involve farming more of my equipment out to people to hold (Van already has 8 pieces of mine).

If we do this, what?s the agreement for drops? Your orb, your loot is fine for BCNM20 where the body is a guaranteed drop but as Kerushi has pointed out, if Leaping Boots don?t drop you?re unlikely to make any money.

EDIT - whatever happens, I'm up for PDZ matches tonight if you do inbetween

was at a family event yesterday -_- this week has been one hell of a week ... not much time for partying, lots of bullets flying around, uber stressed ... now hopefully thats over with for a few weeks. if you do the bcnm again rare and are short of equip i can lend you my enm gear (lvl 21 ~ 30 evasion geared)

For the next 1.5 weeks i have a reading week for my course, normally that means more FFXI time but unfortunately i have exams on the 23rd-27th which make up 50% of this years pass grade. As i played alot over X-mas and did very minimal studying im going to take the next 2 weeks to catch up on my course and make sure i dont fail XD, im going to be around as much as possible but i need to get some time in for these Exams.

Aye, Uni's a bugger for most people due to exams early in January. Thankfully, my course chooses not to concern itself with exams and bases the entire grade outcome on coursework - something that I very much approve of, until its the week before the deadline for the first module and I'm going out of my mind worrying whether or not I've done enough.
