While you're here Wedge (and others), how are you doing on preparations for the Bowyer ring fight? We all need to have the key item 'pungent providence pot' and we can go. Tsing has it, Rabs has it and I have it.

Pressure is immense, I can get to a position where i'm not a total gimp above 70 but have to get this BCNM sorted to do that, then I can get on a major levelling drive so I'd feel comfortable enough tackling future missions.. trouble is I need all this done yesterday so I can also sort out my real life requirements. There seems to be no real interest in getting the BCNM or any ENMs on the go, it's got to the point where I've had to chuck my pearl back into storage or risk blowing a fuse out of exasperation. Must. Keep. Perspective.

DJ yes you need misareaux garlic in order to get to the point of having the key item (pungent providence pot) that will let you into the battle. Trading garlic is the first or second step in the quest. This is all assuming you have beaten Buggalug for the 'question of faith' quest that comes before it.

I don't know the exact reasons but its not on tonight for sure and there will need to be some discussion as to when we'll actually be able to continue with this.

Well I don't know if I can even use another snow lily.. when I triggered that cutscene I also got the bowyer ring cs - and for that he wants an ahriman lens in exchange for the warp. That makes me think it's a one time only deal.

Another late one for me but what a party! Level range seemed massive (64-68), taking Marid's in Wajaom Woodlands. NIN + 2 x WAR taking the Marid with low damage weapons then the Marid spawns a pet thing when it does a WS. Our BLM one shots the pet with Fire III for 100-150exp. The result is a single Marid lasts about 10min and you chain 10-12 pets followed by finishing off the Marid. Result is 1500ish exp every 10 minutes which netted me 21k in 2.5 hours and saw me hit Lv65. Early night tonight, sort out G4 over the weekend then start the push towards Lv70 early next week.

We did that in Bhaflau Thickets with everyone at level 68 and got massacred twice in a row, and that was with 2xBLM! I think those chigoes must have been that much tougher because neither of us could one-shot them, also the Marids got too much for the tank in both cases.

Remember that time when I said I saw Kerushi online an he was off LS most unusually and didn't respond to any tells, then I posted on here to see if his account had been jacked. Well the evil boys and girls out there had H4X0R3D his account and flogged his Hauberk and a few other bits.

Fortunately no permanent damage done though I don't believe.

On the upside did the die by the sword BCNM 30 last night 2xPLD/WAR + 1RDM/NIN. The fight is unfeasibly easy and the mannequin body appears to be a 100% drop. In addition level 30 waist and ear pieces drop in there. Think everyone walked away with around 1.5 million or more.
