OK, confirmed it with Bevan as well, so this Thursday at 7pm. Theanu is the only unknown, he said he would do it but doesn't know the time has been set, we may have to pick up another white mage if he isn't online before then.

Ok, this is how my game start time looks this week (not great i'm afraid):

Tue - 10pm (after footy)
Wed - 10pm (after footy)
Thu - 10.30pm
Fri - X
Sat - 10pm (maybe earlier)
Sun - 10pm (after footy)
Mon> - Can probably do 8.30pm any night

I think we need to try and get some comitment for pushing on with CoP. D has not got that long and wants to see as much of this as possible. I am happy to make this my priority and fit other stuff arround it.


With not much happening last night I headed to Misareaux Coast with Tickle as we both still need the Misareaux Garlic. Well, it seems that the Garlic has another low drop rate with only one drop (which of course I didn't win with another super-low Tal lot of 37...) in the 1.5 hours we were trying. Still, I guess I can be vagely happy that my Fomor hate has gone down some...!

The garlic isn't to bad, you can also camp a bomb NM there that drops the bravos subligar (1.5 million).

As for Chains of Promethia we need some definite comitments, my play time is very limited right now. I know both Mosley and Darwock have around 3 - 4 weeks to get this done and we really need to press on.

After that I'm pretty much away for a week. We need to look at arranged runs as well and keeping people informed. I turned down a number of things to be around last night and I'm none to impressed and not prepared to have it happen again. I'm assuming wedge didn't know till the last minute so we have to sort out communication.

Thursday is out for me with the BCNM60, any other day is fine. Please keep in mind we need to do the Bowyer ring before Sunday, so that would either have to happen at the same time (not sure about getting back to the entrance of the mineshaft from the exit, is it easily done?) or we need to keep a night free for it.

Can we actually work out who is no the Bowyer ring run. We seem to have got to many for one run and no idea if we can repeat it or not.

Im hyped about BCNM60. Which one are we doing?

Managed to get up to the Garlic bit of the boywer ring quest
last night also. But as Tali said the drop came a little harder
than expected :/ (Even with my Thf Subbed)

Going to get the rest of the CS ready tonight so im ready for the
BC.

After this im gonna hit lvlin thf up to 37 at least so i can carry on
with DRK ive been 60 for to long. Although saying that I do want to have
ago at that Solo ENM.

With all my silk farmin efforts im almost a millionare again but as ever
its not going to last long. I do want a hauby but lvl'in with my AF doesnt
make me a really "Great" Drk. So im gonna buy some gear to get me on, can
anyone recommend which i should go for R.K or Jaridah Peti or Byrnie? Not sure
on the price on this one)

The bowyer ring list was posted up here ages ago (tobal/tsing/rabs/darwock/djtickle/talizker) - the confusion came when it emerged wedge wanted to do it as well and talizker offered to drop out as a result. Don't know where that leaves us, but we need it done. It's been getting bandied about for what seems like months now with no progress, if it's not done by Sunday it'll be another 2 weeks.. that's another 2 weeks wait before I can face Maat with semi-decent gear.. i.e. 2 weeks I can't afford.

edit - i'd suggest we go with the first group of 6 people who are at the right stage of the quest

Ok seems like a plan, one question why are we waiting till Sunday, why not just go for it the next night we're all free which I would guess would be Wednesday.

I don't see the point in delaying other than its what we always seem to do.

Byrnie is not worth the price, Jaridah Peti is a good replacement but lacks the +10acc(+2 if you add up the extra DEX) of Haubie which isn?t such a bad thing if you sushi + life belt and acc rings. Which is my plan really, I?ve rarely used my Haubie and with my Merited Great Katana, I have by lvl60 +12 att and acc which is higher than a Haubie which means I could gain the benefits of +critical rate of Jaridah Peti.

Anyway summary Soul Sushi is a good replacement for a Haubie
