As for the Sleepga 2 thing. I do agree with Darwock. It's an optional extra that you don't need to progress but is needed for 'extra' events (ala BCNM60). I think the issue here is that Daragon volunteered for a BCNM60 without having the spell. Now perhaps he never realised how vital the spell was for what he signed up to (I'm sure he does appreciate that fact now) but that knowledge has come at the expense of my 60 seals which is why I did feel a little peeved at the events.

1 attempt at Imperial Agent Rescue (pwetty pwease?) and a shot or 2 at Leaujeum Cleansing?

I guess we will all have to agree to disagree here then. I feel its important as a Mage to have any and all spells available that *could* be used in a group environment. Personally, as D very kindly pointed out, the only spell I have not had at level is Phalanx which I most certainly would have got at the time if there was even the slightest chance it would be used... We have to remember we are also talking about a FREE spell here and the fact that we are a very accomodating LS that enjoys assisting one another...

Personally, as D very kindly pointed out, the only spell I have not had at level is Phalanx which I most certainly would have got at the time if there was even the slightest chance it would be used... We have to remember we are also talking about a FREE spell here and the fact that we are a very accomodating LS that enjoys assisting one another...

I hope you didn't take that as me trying to muddy your good name, it was just an example of how these things affect all of us! Personally I don't see any shame in it, which is why I have this point of view. From what Rare said Yenyoju doesn't have Sleepga 2 either (also BLM 75).. I still don't have Quake or Stonega II, I remember meeting up with Apathye when he was 75 and he asked what spell I'd like to see, I said Tornado and he didn't have it... I reckon you can't get everything ASAP unless you either buy gil or are levelling a second job on proceeds from your main job.

Dunno why Daragon hasn't done the quest for it but you can't deny it's a pain in the ass, all the pre-requisites are a nightmare what with Garlaige citadel, and 24 hour waits etc.

I'm up for assault tonight I have 4 tags, I will do IAR with you Rare and think I know how to win this one. Could everyone please state where they are upto with Assault i.e. which level 1s are outstanding if they are are on level2 if so which outstandinf etc and we can start to try to get everyone going.

For me I'm on L2 with none of those completed, all level 1 cleared.

If people have time tonight as well I'd like to beg a favour, I need to clear sandy 7-2 could any Sandy boys please help?

I've never played ballista or brenner will have to try, going to start mving on the new aht Urghan missions as well.

I don't even think we have to agree to disagree as I think our thoughts are quite similar. When I describe the spell as an optional extra I don't mean I think a BLM should never have it. I expect them to get it as soon after 60 as possible (this is why it didn't occur last night to question whether Dara had it beforehand. I assumed he would). It's optional as in they can continue to EXP beyond it's level without it and still perform to some extent.

Anyway, I'd like to draw an end to discussion here so with that in mind...
