Nice. There's a real aesthetic quality about copiers. I really dig them.

Picked up a nice complete set of Offical Japanese Maracas & a Sealed U.S Samba De Amigo for the tasty sum of ?36.00 from my local import store (closing down sale )
Then cried as my girlfriend handed me my ass in every game! Not sure why, I've been practising my hand rhythm for years!?

That is an awesome price for the maracas set. I've still only managed to play the game with the controller

my wife is the bongo queen (no pun intended)

but i hammer her on Samba

just the same way i destroy her on Guitar hero

i managed to get a brand new mint samba de amigo 2000 set for 35 euros from this very same board

one of the best deals i've ever had

another 35 euros to ship it too me though

well mostly on missus' request I bought TWO sets of JPN official Maracas sets few years back... She played 'em a lot of time with sis-in-law. They are also very good at DDR...

                Horray look what I won!

I was wanting the CD-Rom version really for the excellent redbook audio, but this'll do as I'm curious about this and the PC port was rather good

Everyone assumed the redbook audio on the CD-Rom edition of SSF2T PC was the same as the 3DO version - this is incorrect. I actually feel the PC version music to be even better than the 3DO version!

That reminds me of the Amiga version...and that was absolute DIRE. Here's to hoping that one plays better for you mate.

Indeed my mate had the PC CD version at the time, cant remember about the audio but the game was excellent, shows what people can do if they are Gametek and not the window lickers down at us gold.

I've got a demo of the CD-Rom version of the game, and graphically it was on par with the 3DO version or better.
Much better than any home console version of SSF2 (until SF Collection, and obviously bar the 3DO game).
I think the 3DO and PC were the only formats to get SSF2T?

Curious as to what kind of audio I'll be subjected to with the floppy disc version though.

Probably the first Engine game i've bought for over a year, i hope it appreciates it.
Thanks to Yakumo for the Urusei Yatsura!

I've just got a PC Engine Core Grafx delivered I've wanted one for at least 10 years and now finally have one, courtesy of JapanGameStock.com, don't have any games for it though! Any suggestions on games to start with would be great (don't have much money to spend on them though).

Also in the same shipment I got some unboxed SFC carts (Mario World, Pilotwings, Super Castlevania 4 (can't remember the official japanese title) and Actraiser - which was my first japanese game when I had my original PAL SNES), plus a boxed mint condition Yoshi's Island

                            James.

I fall flat on my face when the missus gets hold of anything rhythm based.

                              Nice price though.
