Ah, man Squish was the only game watch I ever owned. I got it for my birthday when I was 12 I think, It cost 22 pounds from Argos. I'm now 32 so that tells you how old it is. Man, classic game!

Yeah Argos used to carry a few of the Game & Watch models. I got the Zelda, Super Mario Bros, and the split-screen Mario Bros ones from there. They were expensive though. I still have them to this day, although the original boxes seem to have gone walkies

Not really something I bought recently BUT just re-discovered them and they are about 15 years old man i feel old now.
I brought a few things home from Glasgow with me on my last visit, popped a few old things in bags, tonight I was looking through them and I found a wee bag with these nuggets inside.



Brought back SO many memories.
Pretty sure I had a full set of the SF2 badges as well, need to make a trip back methinks got lots of random stuff from my childhood back there, even brought back an original Nintendo Sticker Album, didnt finish it though was missing only a few shinies and normal stickers.
Also brought back some old school posters from Mean Machines/CVG/NMS and others, got a cool castlevania poster but its wrecked so many tac holes in them all

As for my recent retro buys got some more PS1 games of course.

Same for me. Was at college at the time, and happened upon it in 'Game' on a lunch hour. It instantly became a firm fixture before our Monday night piss up at the local rock/indie/alternative night. Happy days

Yeah Im with you on that I was thinking about it not so long ago.

Unless there is a revision in the hardware the 360 will get lost in the sands of time which will be a great shame

Haven't posted anything in here before but been lovin the white n64. Got it on the forums here from Nick Pavey. Been lovin sin and punishment but my terrible controller is pretty annoyin at times so got another one on its way.

Oh and Rosey Grey how much did that Deluxe NES set cost you? I am looking to get one but am not quite sure how much to pay. There is one or two on Ebay but they want about $450 AUD for a semi decent boxed copy.
