honeymustard, there's a good forum at http://www.famicomworld.com/, and I'm sure someone there will be able to help with your disc system error message.

If you need to callibrate your disk system use a junky game disk as they can ruin a disk if your using it to test as you adjust the drive screw. Would be a shame to put a good game in & have it wrecked.

Alright, I picked up the SNES lot, he also threw in Street Fighter II amd Darius Twin.
Final Fight 2 and 3 both have nice, unmarked manuals and cart labels, which is rare for rentals.
Final Fight 2 is also the German version, but most are

Bought Dragoon for $55 AUD, he also threw in Wu-tang and Resident Evil 2 for free.

A nice little hidden Gem in that auction lot for $85 AUD. Can you spot it?

When do you get time to play all this stuff??

I imagine most of Blast's leisure time is taken up sorting them and putting them in boxes.

There's a list of common error codes here but honestly, they're all pretty vague and there's little you can do to fix most of them. Is Zelda the only game you can't get working? Or do you not have anything else to test?

It's the only game I have, and it DOES boot, shows the title screen and all. But then some text comes up, with the letter 'B'. So I was assuming it had something to do with putting in side B instead of A, but that just gave me an actual disk system error.

Might be worth searching / asking about that at the Famicom World forums. It might just be that you need to adjust the drive motor slightly with a precision screwdriver. It might be worth buying a couple of cheap discs to test and adjust with in case you have a corrupted disc. Rising Stuff do 'lucky bag' bundles of random loose discs which might be quite helpful as they test all their stuff before sale.

                          Aaah Fantavision

Funny (well, to me at least) story regarding the Pal Pacman NGPC game. I worked in a game store (i think when it was still the good times of EB) and we were told NOT to put copies of the game out spine-on, strictly face fronting as they may be deemed offensive to some customers

When we checked the spine the penny dropped, daft really, but if you have a look you should be able to see what i mean

Another fan of fantavision here, that is such a wonderfull game once you learn the chaining system, beats **** like boom boom rocket. Love the retro vibe it has that the woman announcers voice Shame that it's a blue disk though as those don't work in some models of the ps2 making it a bitch to boot if you have the wrong hardware revision.

Now im intrigued what does the spine of pacman show?

on the front it states PAC-MAN, imagine that on the spine, its the tack that makes the difference

Oh mutants are you still buying Japanese PSone games?

                                For you Importaku
