I've got 3 DCs too - bought them when they were ?5 and was cheaper to buy another one than to move one around my accomodations. But now having trouble getting rid of them

I won that Complete Mega CD II for only $25 AUD from some small Australian auction site

Very nice, that HES 4 Pak all action for the SMS is quite a sought after game

My second SFC arrived this week and is in not bad nick at all.

The bling version of Super bomberman 5, as some people would say. Very nice game it is to, gold version has a couple of bonus battle maps.

Should be getting copies of all the other bomberman games at some point in the near future so I'll post a nice picture, if and when they arrive.

nice sony tv m8, im looking for a sony trinitron like the KV 14LT1U or the 21 model are these any good for retro games and can handle 60hz? rgb ect?

A couple of boring Singstar titles, got the lot for $50 bucks, all complete.

A beat up (and burnt on the back :/ ) cart of All-Stars for $8 bucks.

Plus a near mint boxed Gameboy, of the see through kind. Comes with all manuals and the unit itself looks new, no marks at all. Stange thing about it though is that it says on the front of the box "For Singapore Malaysia and Indonesia only" but all the inserts and box itself are in english. Odd.

yeah, neither did I! They pop up on ebay every now and again, this one was brand new so that was cool. Eventually I want to get a Duo, but they don't seem to pop up anywhere too often..

I dont think the TurboGrafx was 'officially' released in Europe, not too sure the story behind it myself though.
Wiki says it was distributed by Telegames.

The one i have accepts the US games, no need for a proper stepdown (uses a shaver plug), and came with an RF lead (in the accessory pack) which i can't seem to get to work (although mine came with an RGB, i think it's RGB anyway, modded into the side).

A bit funny how big the machine is compared to the PC Engine, pretty much double the size. I've heard the CD unit is about the size of a GC as well

Thought Id kill two birds with one stone I bought a new telly for retro stuff last month and never got round to posting a pic so while Im posting a pic of my new asian megadrive I may as well post a pic of that



Ive just got my own place so I decided rather than clutter up my front room with consoles that look like **** on my lcd Id have a dedicated set up in my study/spare bedroom.

Yeah, mine is the same as yours (the shaver plug thing confused me a bit too till I realised it was a Euro attachment!) By the way, as it seems the stuff posted here is supposed to be "up to date" purchases I won't fill it up with a bunch of stuff bought weeks or months previous, so anyone interested in seeing all of my game stuff in one go can go here or here If anyone else has their collections on Flickr I'd love to see them!

I love the box art for the Japanese version of Castle of Illusion. It brings back so many happy gaming memories. Wonderful game as well.

The box art of Castle of illusion is just the same as the pal version basically.


I quite like the pal artwork of splatter house 2. Ok it might be over the top with the ghost, octopus,alien thingy but at the least it doesn't make you out to be the monster like the jap box art. Not that I don't like the jap artwork though!

I think the white background frames it so much better. The grid on the PAL boxes makes it seem so much harsher.
