Prices seem a bit funny on the Nuon front recently. Up and down like a lift. My N501 cost me $50 and most of the games no more than $20 each. I think you'll be hard pressed to find them anywhere near that today.

Just a couple more JPN Mega CD games to add to the set, especially happy with getting hold of Sing! which although not a game as it's an audio cd of sega music, it does have a playable version of Teddy Boy Blues if you use it on a Mega CD.

I have not seen them on sale anywhere else bar one on Amazon.jp for 30,000 yen. Hens teeth rare, I don't know, but pretty scarce at the moment, at least online.
