I've just won a mint cart of Bartman vs Radioactiveman on ebay. It's rare as buggery and I got it for the grand price of £19

I got this little lot for a bargain price the other day. Can someone 'in the know' tell me if there are any standout games from this list please? Or are they a steaming pile of mediocracy?

      Most are boxed with instructions.

Boxed Atari 7800 with 11 games (mostly 2600 ones) from car boot booty, £2.

Within 5 minutes of playing I knew it had been a mistake and was ebayed straight away, its over!

Shame you didn't spend some quality time with the 7800 it's a fairly decent machine especially with the full BC

                Almost full BC

Couple of games won't work. Tigervision carts (MIner 2049er, Jawbreaker etc) won't work because the shape of the cart slot is slightly different to the 2600.

I have played a lot of 2600 in my time, only a few games I can play on that now, well maybe only Solaris! Only 7800 game I had was Mission Impossible which is a sham compared to say the Master System version!

The 7800 games (bar the one you had which is just unlucky) were so amazing to look at when compared to the 2600 titles, there's quite a few decent ones including Ms Pacman.

Cost me $3 bucks a pop for these, all complete if a little banged up.

Got em for the GF, as she has a "Thing" for them.... however we still don't actually own an 2600 console :/

Those HES compilations might attract some attention on eBay, but the rest not really...

Which is good, as they are not going to be resold

$3 AUD a pop for those is actually pretty awesome in Australia, I have seen some places want upwards of $10 for a loose cart and even the local Op Shops and Savers want $5 a cart :O

That is a great haul there

Wish I had more boxed 2600 games, I have about 40 loose carts maybe only about 5 boxed

The artwork is superb. What was it with binning 2600 game boxes? Very common to never see a box for a second hand 2600 game here, even at the time.
