Your calling Bug! and Tetris Plus bad game? Shame on you sonic_shuffle.

Mind you I seem to be one of the few people who liked it, second game wasn't that good.

Nice to see a fellow UK collector DaRockwilder1, Me and my brother need about 30 Saturn titles to finish our set. But some of them are rather hard to track down, oddly enough I need Gex and Chaos Control for my set.

Haven't posted in here for awhile and sorry no picture but yesterday I picked up.

Super Double Dragon UK SNES (Complete)
Double Dragon III UK Gameboy (Complete)
Link to the Past UK GBA (Complete, even had the vip card with it)
    Grandia UK PS1 (Complete)
Final Fantasy Origins UK PS1 (Complete)
Hogs of War UK PS1 (Complete)

A small but nice haul and at least now I can get back to collecting, now that I have my life back from work.

Just rechecked my Saturn list and I still actually have quite a lot of rare games to buy. The only good Dreamcast games I need is Daytona USA 2001, Plasma Sword and Samba De Amigo.

I've sent you the full list.

I always look at your site for tips, which is probably why you like them.

I only use eBay and genkivideogames.com at the moment. I tend to research prices though so I don’t over bid.

Im back from a few days up at the east cost for a nice 3 day break with the girlfriend
Was great, however i must say that the articles are true, Arcades are in MAJOR decline! big style, the only retro game i found was Mr Do however one of the RGB signals was out. Apart from that a rereleased Space Invaders with Qix built in too...
I do love Time Crisis and Outrun etc, however nothing beat that feeling looking forward to going to the seaside to play the Simpsons Arcade Game!

The grabber machines are better now though with Super Mario Plushies! I have a Yoshi sat next to me now! The girlfriend was more impressed by the Care Bears in the grabber!

Anyways on my travels i found quite a few games, however these toys are more interesting to me

Both from the same shop! Great to find some jap merch, especially some .S Pixel goodies and official Mario toys! They look great

These were found in a little toy shop, I already have the mug but ive been paranoid it might fall n smash so ive now got a replacement just incase
The unsual Mario toy goes with one i already have, Mario on a skateboard

When I arrvied back late on saturday I was straight into bed and decided to give the boot sale a miss. My Dad however didnt and picked up quite a few goodies for me.
        One being this

Yay, replaces my damaged one! Nice and cheap at £2! Ive trained him well havent I?

And in the post the last few days arrived these:

Two more hole fillers for my PAL MD Set

and finally got round to ordering this:

Ill be deciding shortly wether it was worth the price tag or not But thumbs up for new MD releases, especially RPGs

Where on the coast did you go then Cauterize? Mario plushies in the grabber machines is +1 on my town already but a shop that sells JPN game merch is just

This finally arrived today. I ordered it over three weeks ago and was actually going to email the seller yesterday asking WTF R U DOIN? Luckily I didn't have time and it arrived this morning

I feel like a bit of a copycat as I didn't even know it existed until Lord of Swede posted his a while back.

I'm really surprised you can still get games like this complete and in such great condition considering how old they are. If I had a game with stickers in it back in 1989 you can bet they'd have been all over my school books

Ah yes, nothing like Japanese box art. Puts our PAL releases to shame. Here's an unused SNES I got recently. It's an Aussie machine, but will work just the same as the UK one. Even the mains adaptor only needs a travel plug as it's rated 240v. I don't intend to use it though, seeing as it's in 'collectors condition'.
Only tested it to make sure it's working OK. It didn't work at first, I think the capacitors needed charging up as it came to life after an hour (and a few resets).

I'm now on the look out for a Mega Drive RGB cable however in Japan Sega never officially released one even though the Mega Drive gives out RGB as standard. So I'm searching for a home made one. Just a shame a PAL one won't work.
I made a converter cable some time ago that is basically a socket for any Euro RGB SCART cable, and it takes all the necessary signals and puts them out of a SCART connector (wired up for Japanese 21 Pin RGB).

Probably the most elegant and easy solution requiring no 'special' cables

Don't usually find anything that intresting, but I did get these from a Hong Kong Market yesterday.

That image takes me back. I can still remember opening my SNES.

Here's a couple of pictures of my deliver today and a couple of games I've pick up over the last few months.

Live a Live, I believe completes my Square RPG collection, but I'm not 100% sure. Interested in seeing the uncensored version of Resident Evil. Solstice and Kid Icarus were a real find as they are both completely mint.

Some nice Wonder Boy titles and Ninja Gaiden, having bought the second/fifth on X360.

More SNES & Saturn games and a very nice Amiga game too. Very pleased to get hold of a copy of Treasure of the Rudas

Last and most certainly least some very mint sports games, hence the only reason I bought them and a battered copy of HFRO.

Yeah Bubba and Stix is a great game which we should have picked up years ago, it's one of my brother's recent purchases, he's gone Amiga mad. He also picked up Hero Quest 2 on the Amiga recently, should have taken a picture of that as well. As that really is an ace game.

Haven't got around to playing Bonk 2 yet, but I will do at some point today. So far my favourite Bonk was the one on the Amiga, not sure which console one that was.
