Got my XRGB2- Plus the other day.
And today I managed to pick up RGB 21 pin cables for the Saturn and Super Famicom. These things are not easy to find unlike in PAL land (you lucky sods!)
So I hooked up my Saturn to the XRGB2 then connected that to my Mitsubishi TFT. Looks great! Still not as great as a true RGB CRT but far better than S-Video on my HD CRT TV.
Low resolution in action. Check out those cool scan lines
And high resolution in action thanks to Dead or Alive.

As for total quality, well I'm very happy. Now playing my SFC on it through 21 pin RGB (Scart) and it looks very nice. You can fiddle with many options on the XRGB to get the image you want. You can even select how much you want the scan lines to appear! There's 5 settings being Off, 1 (25Ŵ (50%) 3 (75%) 4 (100%). I use the 2nd setting at 50%. Looks great.
Here's a few shots of my SFC running on it. The first shows Macross with 50% scan lines on. The second image shows the same screen but with 100% scan lines.
and just for the sake of it, here's a nice one of the option screen that shows how clean the image is.
This XRGB2 plus set me back 9500 yen but it is missing the remote control and all the cables. Normally a complete boxed one goes for about 18'000 yen or 25'000 direct from the manufacture.

That box looks like the perfect device for playing older consoles on LCD tv sets (well, ones that have a VGA port anyway). Will have to check it out if/when I ever bother to buy a new tv to replace my 8 year old CRT.
One question though, I'm guessing the RGB 'scart' port doesn't work with the European standard? (I read somewhere that although the cables look the same, they're wired differently internally... allegedly.)

@DaRockwilder1, Man, that's a nice Haul you got there! Some great titles in the Japanese Saturn and DC games. Just a shame that every one of the PAL Saturn titles is turd apart from Darius 2. Still, over all a very good haul !!
