Havent posted in here for ages, been uber busy. So im only jsut getting round to going through the goodies Ive bought recently...



Suikoden II from ShadowDancer, need to sell off my disc only NTSC version now (That will fund Suikoden 1!)
I sold loads of crap on eBay recently to fund the Saturn games.



Found these at the charity shop for £1 each! So pleased, full version of Loco Roco 2 for a pound
Also, if anyone has The Puzzle Colelction, please could you drop me a PM... Im convinced this is a beta version.




And my NES & SNES hunt continues! I think that Bubsy II has to be the worst condition SNES box I own now... The back isnt even worthy of a photo.
Pleased to finally get hold of RC Pro AM II, Devil World and Gold Medal Challenge.... Evil Scandanavia only releases... Grrr

Ha, I havent been bothered about having (Nintendo) boxes ever, as you already know. Carts FTW!
Bubsy II is a slightly harder one to find. More common in Germany, I decided I wanted a cart... Cart only copies in Germany were more expensive than this train wreck, so I went for it instead.

And yeah, it sucks big time... The SNES version however seems a little better than the MD one. Might just be me though...

But Devil World sucks ass. Probably the only Miyamoto game that's just no good.

I couldnt agree more... I spent about 5 minutes on this before I realised why it never made it to the USA or mainland europe. Its the worst Pac-Man rip off imaginable that doesnt make any sense.

However, that aside, one less silly rare to go

Can you actually get it to work then? I've got pikachu genki de chu, but apparently the voice recognition was onyl designed to work with girls and little boys. My voice is just so manly, Pikachu just doesn't seem to understand. Or maybe my Japanese is just really really ****ty. Actually, that would make a lot of sense, since I had the same problem with sales clerks, professors, bankers etc

Hmm odd, i never had a problem with him not recognising my god awful japanese when i chatted to pikachu, luckily the game is dead easy to play as all you have to do is say the words that are highlighted in a different colour to make him obey. The japanese definately works better than the english version, i don't know what the did with the voice recognition but they really screwed it up when they translated it.

Playing odama in japanese was a totally different story, tricky isn't the word but but by god it's fun

I think the problem is I wasn't paying attention during the instructions and wasn't telling him the right thing. I got up to the Oddish bit and wasn't sure what I was supposed to be doing. Not true of Japanese people though, they're just a bunch of divs.

That is a seriously good read, ridiculously detailed, going right back to the founding of Nintendo in the eighteen hundreds, and not missing a thing. I was only dissappointed that it didn't continue right up to the present day. what do the new chapters cover? I'm assuming from the cover that it at least touches on the N64 era.

I've not had a good look yet but the new chapters are written by a new chap, and yes, they cover the N64. The book goes up to about 1999, I think.

Saving this up to read on my holiday.

Here's this mornings delivery -

Picked up the Yuukyuu no Gensoukyoku Hozonban Perpetual Collection complete with phone card, art work and sticker. Unfortunately mine is a bit sun faded on the front but for 2000 yen I can't complain plus it's mint as well apart from the front. This set was the very last Saturn game to be released in December 2000, 2 years after the Dreamcast was released in Japan.

The other 2 items are also quite rare being Courier Crisis and a Koei twin pack. Courier Crisis is complete **** as you know but very expensive and one of the rare Saturn releases. far more rare than the so called rare Radiant Silvergun. The best part though is mine cost next to nothing
