I got Namco Museum Encore yesterday. Can anyone confirm if Rolling Thunder is one of the games that runs slow on a PS2? Seems really off to me.

Einhander us ps1 just turned up, looks crap from the screenshots tbh. Is it really any good? Dont know why i bought it really? Im tempted to stick it straight on my sales thread!

It's not bad, just not that fast paced or exciting. Plays quite different to other shooters, I particularly liked the underground level that scrolls straight down early in the game. Shame about the other stages design...

Didn't find it the best game to play on 1 credit either. Too unfair and the bosses were just easy or impossible depending on whether you had the grenade launcher weapon or not.

Grandia II Special pack that comes with an audio CD featuring some dance music of all things and orchestral tracks. The card slip is a bit grotty but for about 6 pound I can't really complain.

aaaah toaplan shooting battle.. want that so bad. Went to japan couple of years back and bought tons of items, except that :< I make do with kyuukyoku tiger on the pc engine tho, which is currently in the staffroom at work, makes those lunchbreaks more awesome than I could've ever imagined!

Purchased these two Gundam turn based strategy Games for the PS1 from JapanGamestock for ?5 and ?7. The PS1 seems to be my weapon of choice atm.



Edit :- I also bought Growlanser 1 for PS1 aswell. I'm going to have to get back to saturn stuff soon. Ive only re-collected about 15 games for that once I got burgled 18months back.

edit : philosoma kinda sucks, tron bonne seems good but the music is grating, and now my saturn import playing cartridge has decided to not work so i cant play touge kings or any of my other ntsc saturn games

It's normally the cart slot that goes duff..have you tried wiggling the cart around a lot, re-seating it, screaming at it? Tends to work eventually.
