It's a shame it's one of the few NTSC games that crashes on my PAL 3D0 though
It's a fantastic game, but today it looks really old( ultra blocky ). It's a shame you never had it back in 94, you would have been hooked.

It is NTSC only because it was the first game developed and given away with the machine way before the Pal machine came-out.

One of my favourite racers ever, and both it and the machine never got the respect they deserved.

Yeah, it's a shame. Later NTSC games all work fine, it's just those early, pre-PAL 3D0 games that crash. I have to say I would've NEVER paid RRP for a 3D0 - too rich for my blood, man

I'm still impressed by 3D0 Need For Speed, which was my other cherished 3D0 must-have.

I am waiting for someone to post a picture of their Radiant Silvergun on here, along with the line:

"Radiant Silvergun. Best game of all time. Cost me over a hundred pounds"

There are reasons my mates called me spoilt Anyway I had the US machine with RGB scart and it looked and played amazingly( cost me ?450 ). I used to get imports for the machine and the day I got Road Rash was a revelation. I knew 32bit had arrived big-time, it just looked mind-blowing and then I got NFS, and it was a defining moment as well, a true AAA piece of gaming heaven. There were lots of cool games for the system; I won't ever forget Slayer and WayOfTheWarrior.

I should start a 3DO fan-site because I love the look of the FZ-1( its my favourite looking console ) and it's also the machine that ushered in the 32bit age. It didn't survive long, but it provided enough fun and good memories to go down as a classic in my mind.

My pristine condition PAL copy of Paper Mario 64. Released during the dying days of the N64 is was a beautifully understated platformer that sold hardly any copies at all. I have to confess I have come close to selling it a number of times due to it being worth around ?45+ but their is always something that stops me listing it.

Seiken Densetsu 2 for SNES. I used to own the US version ages ago, but during one of my dumb moments I sold it.. and always regretted it. Saw the JP version going for a decent price so bought it (At least, ?18 for a near mint condition copy seems decent to me...)

Radiant Silvergun. This is the best game ever... I was glad to pay ?200 and didn't even care when I was only sent the spine.

as advertised in the small print
