Looks like it did get a U.S release- here is the box:


It really is a bad game imo- plays as bad as it looks: The graphics have an Amiga-esque look to them- with a very drab colour palette. The artists favourite colour is obviously brown

I think I am right in saying that the guys on the game cover are probably the worst undercover cops EVAR.

"Right lads - I want you to keep it inconspicuous, tail the bad guys - find out what you can. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT dress like a gay Arnold Schwarzenegger and Macho Man Randy Savage, respectively"
