Hmm, saw that one too. I see someone has already had their offer of AU$75 turned down ...

The few PAL games that really are rare, I haven't seen any decent complete copies turn up for a good long time - Fatal Fury 2, The Punisher, Death and Return of Superman, Ecco Junior .. and this one of course. Saw a Spiderman Animated Series go for 2 Euros the other day though

edit: just noticed that there is a Punisher up at the moment ... although I expect to see that rise a bit before it ends too ...

Or, you could just bid the item up to silly money and leave the little so-and-so saddled with hefty fee's Love playing the joker.

I was gazumped on a complete Ecco Jr a couple of days ago - part of an Aussie bundle deal, the seller initially accepted my AU$30 offer to sell it seperately, then emailed me back a couple of days later to say someone else had offered them AU$70 (I have my suspicions as to who that was!) Just aswell I hadn't already sent the cash. Guess I'll have to make do with my box/cart copy for now....

There was also another copy of Daze that mysteriously disappeared from a bundle lot a week or two back aswell.

Yeah, time was you could mail in a decent offer for the Oz games and probably be guaranteed to get it. Got a Fatal Fury 2 for AU$30 a coupla years back like that.

Sadly it seems that quite a crew have cottoned on to that now ... I guess it was bound to happen.

Yeah, should've kept very quiet until I had them all My box/cart Ecco Jr was less than ?10 shipped a couple of years ago, and that was an open auction too...

Jesus! Didn't expect it to get that high - most I'd previously seen it go for was ?40. Still, makes more sense than paying the same for Virtual Bart...

Hmm, I was kinda expecting fifty-something. There's not been a complete one around for ages. And it was bloody hard to get a copy even when there weren't so many people after it. Think I got one from Belgium in the end.

In the words of Zaphod Beeblebrox:

                  "Belgium, man ... Belgium!"

There seems to be a lot of confused parents! (read the questions at the bottom!)

There's a lot of people who will take advantage of teh nintendogs situation on ebay. I couldn't - just think of the people buying them - people like your mothers desperate to please their kid on christmas day.

There was a box/cart copy sold last week for ?14 (here), so basically someone just paid ?42 for the manual

This guy's prices are extortionate throughout his ebay shop, but a factory sealed Majora's mask for how much?!

Infact, it's not even "factory sealed"

this is just awesome, just awesome man! I mean usually we associate "shocking ebay prices" to the fact that items are overly priced BUT with this collection, i think its just purely SHOCKING at the amount of stuff he's got and the price tag for it!

Correct me if im wrong but this is the biggest games collection ive ever seen on ebay!

I believe "Shou" tried to sell his collection a while ago for $70,000

Not sure if it was bigger than that or not, but I think it probably was.

It doesnt help that the auction is utter tripe. The picture is rubbish. If he had the collection all shelved up in a room maybe it would be possible to sell. But not like that.
