There was a guy who went by the name of retroboy (as well as many other ebay id's) that used to do the same thing with SMS games, buying everything semi rare and charging a fortune for it. He pissed off most of the SMS collector's at one point or another (he had a nasty habit of not posting items...), so eventually no-one bought from him. He's probably stuck with boxes full of SMS games that he doesn't particularly want now.

Can't you also block certain people from bidding on your stuff?

Someone else has put up 'the other' beast 2 demo up for a very silly but more reasonable £700. Ol' spencey'll be going red as a beetroot if someone else puts a third one up!! (according to spence there are only two in existence!) what luck, all of the beast 2 demos are up there at the same time!!

Yes you can. It's somewhere in the preferences I think. Check Ebay help to be sure.
I have quite a few on my blocked bidders/buyers list

That makes 3, spence wrote in his listing that he has the only two in existence

Everyone should message him asking, "if there's only two, and you have them, how come there's another on ebay?" I'd be interested to hear his reply.

Who starts off this type of guff about '2 in existence' etc.??! Looks like kaileyandtim have another pal bugblasters up again. That'd be about the 10th time i've seen it this year. Not bad for an 'only five in existence' game!!

THIS IS ONE OF ONLY 2 BEAST 2 DEMO DISCS TO BE NOW KNOWN TO EXIST!! Big difference between KNOWN to and ACTUALLY exist.

You would like to hope someone would do their homework before buying trash like this? As much as I truly despise these kind of sellers, they are only here because of the stupidity of buyers

So, just to clarify for anyone wanting to sell some old ****ty SNES game they got at a car boot, it's perfectly fine to make a a box for it out of a frosties packet, download a jpeg of the box art, print it out, pritt stick it to the box and then list it as new, mint and complete.

*I had an auction removed once because I described something 'as new'. That was keyword spamming apparently.
I don't think it is that bad. They guy has clearly stated what he has done and to be fair he seems to have made a decent effort in doing it. I wouldn't buy it but I have seen far worse.

This guy obviously saw the other listing and decided to try his luck at an equally ridiculous price. This is what happens when twats like spence are let loose on ebay. I wouldn't be surprised if we start seeing a few more pop up now.

All this from spence probably buying the demo for about 20 quid a few months back...

But you have to ask yourself:

                                1. Is it new?
                                2. Is it mint?
                                3. Is it complete?

The answer to all three of those is no. My point is that I had an auction taken down fro describing something in the used category as 'as new'. This guy has listed the item as new, mint and complete and that's fine apparently. </rage>
