Panorama cotton Work on pal megadrive?

Could anyone please confirm if Panorama cotton Works on a pal megadrive?
I have twinkle tale and it does and so does Musha.

If its a later md release, which i think it was? 1992 iirc? Then no. Although id get someone who knows what the hell there talking about to confirm that.

yeh i have heard the same thing..but who knows?
I know sonic 3 JP does not work!

It's hit & miss even among the later releases - for example, Sonic 3D was released in 1996 but is universal.

Sonic 3D was never released in Japan!

I think the point is that the UK/US versions of this game will work on consoles from any region.

OK, maybe not the best example, but region coding was basically up to the developers & publishers - there's no hard & fast rule such as "all games after x date will/won't work".
Generally, Sega-developed (but not all Sega-published) games after late '92 are region-locked, as are all Konami titles. EA, US Gold & Virgin games are all universal (I think). Can't remember any others off-hand.
