    I miss CRTs, there is no way I'll use an LCD for retro stuff so I got myself one of these:



    Plus the component/RGB input card:



    The monitor was second last one JVC had left in Australia.

    I have not tried it yet, but people tell me it will look very crisp.

          Yep, that's right. You need the BS digital tuner though which I don't have or want. BS is full of **** programs anyway. Bull **** TV as I call it.

            Its a 40" wega trinitron tube that does 1080i through component! Biggest EVER crt ive seen! Looks top of the range!

            I had NO idea that you could get 4:3s that did HD resolutions..

                It DOES look lovely doesnt it!

                I wouldnt hold my breath though.. finding one of those buggers is probably gonna be impossible!

                Just out of curiosity, would something like this be able to display 480p nicely for dreamcast/gamecube etc? Or would it try to upscale to 1080i/720p? Which is apparently bad. The upscaling I mean.
