They aren’t always good at promoting stuff, I tend to keep an eye on what they’re up to and I didn’t know until a few weeks back that they’d done some port of Wardner!

Ah, now Wardner I knew about. The different box are caught my eye straight away. I own the original release of Wardner on the Mega Drive. It's quite the ugly game but a great one to play. Hard as nails too so you must take your time with it.
I presume the new release is identical to the original or have they updated the graphics? I've not actually seen it running.

After some investigation it just seems to be a re-release, they'd dropped "Special" from the title for some reason so I assumed with the different name it was some alternate version but it seems not! Going to guess it will be identical other than them amending the copyright and editing the title screen. Might have to get it, it's an MD game I haven't actually ever played so it would almost be like getting a new game.

The entire Columbus Circle MD library seems to be this:

Yes it was Retro-Bit I think? Pretty sure it has a tiny release window and scalpers got it, something like that. I don’t buy US stuff, just too much bother.
