I’m probably going to airbrush that cap at some point, then give it a coat of gloss. This is by far the smoothest the stick has ever been.

Quite chuffed with that bench. I’ll most likely give this a good bit of use before messing with it any more.

Looks-wise this needs black buttons and a black gate. Maybe even a concave solid silver start button when I can be arsed dropping €50+ on one of those. Although this is nowhere near as smooth as the other stick, due only to the fact that using metal to shift plastic works so much better than using plastic to shift metal. I didn’t think there’d be a difference, but it’s massive. I might shift back to plastic OEM gears and see how it fares.

Still, not a bad bench despite all that. zz0.h29s1cev39azz

      Few recent arrivals -

Wanted to grab this version of Dezaemon after playing quite a lot of Devil Blade Reboot, as I believe/hope this is where the original's from. Brightis is one where I'm trying to manifest a fan translation, as it looks to be really, really interesting.

This one's a bit of a screw-up; turns out I wasn't paying proper attention, and I mistook the manual on this SF Alpha for the box. Whoops. Some neat SF stickers on the side though, one of which has ended up on the laptop.

Still dribbling along for the complete English playable NEC Avenue set, was never going to fork out £400 for this so a 30 odd quid repro will do, a game that gives mixed emotions for sure. I've got another heavy hitting questionable NEC release on way too, real version.

It's not a great game, not the worst, just really average. I tried to play it through recently and it's such a trudge, in fact, I don't think I've ever managed to finish it. That cover art and the spine do look awesome though. I think back in the noughties I paid around £150 for an original copy and it was definitely just a shelf filler, £400 and I'd be crying in to my cornflakes.

It's actually superb tbh the overall presentation is very pleasing, if the game is a bit simples.

Yeah it's superbly 90's Japanese. It's one of my favourite games on the PCECD.

                        Recent goodies.

These ones from your man wheelaa are particularly ridiculous. Is that entire top row sealed? Why yes, yes they are.

Then managed to do the embarrassing thing where I forgot I already bought Summer Carnival '93, and got another copy.

Wolf Fang SS is so bizarre it ended up getting a Saturn conversion but my god what a game!

Capcom Generation 5 is absolutely brilliant too

How does Wolf Fang SS compare the PS1 version? SS is on my hit list, but pretty far down it because it's quite expensive and I've got the PS1 game.

Some absolute stunners there, did you pay extra for the feet in the first pic or is that one that slipped in from your Only Fans page??

                                What's the 3DS game?
                                Loving that cover artwork
