Because you can hook it up to the TV, It's nice that it can be played on its own, that s styled to look like a coin up, that its using Neo Geo CD pads and the game list is incredible. Baring a stupid price or crap emu, its looking to be a must buy now

I beg to differ, Metal Slugs, Last Resort, Blazing Star and Neo Turf. It hard to top that and the other games are all great too

It certainly isn't an incredible game list by any stretch. IMO there have been better Neo compilations released in the past - SNK Arcade Classics Vol. 1 immediately springs to mind.

That said, the games included won't be a problem if this thing can be hacked to put more on. I'm still of the opinion that a mini AES would have been a much better choice but this looks a bit more palatable. I think we can expect a premium price for this thing though ie. more expensive than Nintendo's Classic Mini machines.

I still do occasionally, and I stand by it. Not a rubbish game.

Has it aged? Obviously it has. Has better come along since? Sure.

The exact same can be said about SFII and we ALL know that series isn't rubbish.

In all fairness, they are both that good that genuine debate can be had about which is the superior game. I feel that both should have been on the list for this.

In any case, they are both better than all of the Samurai Spirits/Shodown games. Spirits/Shodown is crap after II.
