Another theory I have is that

Locke's father could have been in the tail section of the plane. It's perfectly feasable that they both could have been on the flight without seeing each other isn't it?

Now that was a far, far better episode. I've read what next weeks episode is about but hopefully the bits that aren't flashbacks continue this.

Agreed, if the next few episodes keep the same pace up and aren't just filler, Lost will have moved right back up next to Heroes for me!

Good episode but the ending didn't make any sense. It's all too convenient, and I saw it coming a mile off.

I think that when the plane crashed the others got key members of the survivors family and friends and brought them to the island - remember when Jack saw his father..? Hold up though, he died didn't he?

nothing at all to do with the usual stuff we want to see. Even though it was a filler episode it was still quite good. That woman is pure evil, glad she was buried alive!

I thought it was awful (especially where they could have gone from last week). Most pointless episode of Lost I've seen with exceptionally shaky acting from the two characters it focused around.

Yeh good point, some of the acting from them was really dodgy! I was cringing at some parts thinking why oh why dont they have better people in their place.
