Maybe the two drunks were getting in the way of production. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/4492914.stm
I hear that they are planning to get rid of her cause she keeps turning up on the set completely flat out wankered (that is if she ever turns up at all).

What I liked about this episode was
- Hurley on the edge of remembering who Libby really is
- Henry playing with Lockes head again, making him feel 'special'. Locke was never special in real life, yet the whole superman/special thing really makes him tick, Henry has this nailed.
- The good/bad thing, acceptance and inner peace with yourself etc
- More intertwining with Jack and the rest in his Dads back story.

Something I was wondering about from the last episode but have only just remembered it
Henry says that Anna Lucia has killed two of his people but I can only think of one who she's killed on the island and that was 'their' infiltrator. Could the other one be the guy who shot her?
also nicked from another forum, Ana-Lucia has become the second woman to meet their death on the same day they had unmarried sex on the island

She killed Sayed's bimbo girlfriend remember? Shannon I think it was.

She wasnt one of the 'others'. Henry clearly says "You've killed two of us". Two 'others'?
two "good ones" (i.e. Henry sees Locke as one of the 'good' people on the Island, and so could have viewed Shannon in the same way).

Its always us and them , us and the 'others'. When he says us and he goes on to talk more about Godwyn then he must mean the 'others'. As for good and bad. Shannon in no way would be described as one of the good ones, Boon might have been but not Shannon
The only other peson we know AL killed was the guy who shot her when she was a cop. If he was the other one Henry was refering to then it means that the 'others' were manipulating the group long before they got on the island. Something else just struck me as I typed that, In the first episode when Jack is talking to the Scottish bloke Jack explains about how he promised to fix Sarah and he cant, Scottish bloke says "what if you can", Jack says he cant Scottish bloke repeats. It really stuck when I watched it again the other night. Obviously we know that Sarah does end up being 'fixed'

Didn't think the episode was that great to be honest, though better than most of them this season. Ending felt completely disconnected, which actually worked to its advantage.
The flashback
The woman can't be clare. It sounds exactly like her but she looks older. Also, vitally, she isn't pregant. Potentially her mother or sister
Regarding 'The Others'
As mentioned above, it is very possible that they've been manipulating the group long before the crash. Two points - clare visited a guy in the first season her read her palm, he went pretty crazy and tried desperately to stop her getting on the plane. Eventually he says that she absolutely *must* get onto the plane, because he knows the baby will then be safe.
Rose visited a faith healer who couldn't help, but mentioned that places have a certain energy which will heal her - clearly referencing the island. Plane crashed on way back from here
Regarding Michael
Can go two ways imo - either he has made a deal with The Others in order to get walt back - break out henry. Either that, or he has joined them and is properly infultrating them. Its the kind of plot line they can draw out for ages, with 'Is he Good or Evil' teases, probably not even resolving this season. He is basically swapping the role of Henry, who is bound to get back unharmed, except Michael will be free.
Which ever way the story goes, Michael's story was blatently bull**** designed to be a trap.
.
Hurley:
I don't get this story and quite frankly even if he does find out his girl was from the same place, I cannot see how that would make a damn difference. As hinted a number of times (Numbers), he could play a vital role in the whole Others\Island situation, but he has been sidelined and the freaky numbers all but dropped. One episode recently dealt with them, but played them down as much as possible.
Lock
Lock still has to 'reveal' his drawing of the map he saw in the hatch, every episode since you've seen him scribbling away on it. Henry was teasing him with the good-guy stuff? Probably, but perhaps The Others are building a bunch of skilled people in order to fend of 'the main hatch' and its challange - ie, a much more difficult version of the 108 minute situation. You never know!
Should be an interesting end to the season, despite the general standard being lower than last time. Hopefully they'll show the final two episodes in one go.
