Lol, "Wrong!" Table 7 at work is like a shrine to Commando. We love it. Daniel even went so far as to get him a chainmail vest.

Mostly the Japanese was faithful to the script, although I was very disappointed by the translation of one of lines I wanted to learn. When he's in the shopping galleria, the woman asks a cop for help, and the cop calls his mate, who's chatting up some girls. Know the bit I mean? Anyway, the mate says "Wanna see me kick some ass?", which was translated as kakkoii tokoro misemasho ka (shall I show you something cool?)

Which version should I go for, R2 or R1 ???

It is the directors cut version (extra 5 minutes i think). Only available on region 1 as far as i know.
