If we're talking Aliens then the 'Smart Gun' that Drake and Vasquez use is the best. Auto target tracking. Even though they make them turn them off. Boo.

I liked those pressure guns (or 'sick sticks') in Minority Report. They'd be no good against real bullets from any distance but it would be funny pulling one out in a pub if things were getting out of hand. A lightsaber would be pretty handy too.

pretty sure there was also an awesome gun in Leon (aka the Professional)

the Green Destiny sword in Crouching Tiger is also extremely cool

Vinnie Jones' Desert Eagle in Snatch is pretty awesome, but even better (!) is the Replica gun in the same film.

It might be down to the dialogue between the two groups pointing pistols out, but either way they're quality.
