Though a long way off, Agents of Shield has filmed its final episode. Now, Marvel TV and ABC are in talks once again regarding producing a new show for the network that will focus on female superheroes. ABC have made several attempts at putting together Marvel shows but Agent Carter closed after two short runs, Inhumans was a disaster, Agents of Shield has been consistently low in viewers and has now disconnected itself from MCU canon and all their other attempts collapsed at pilot - it's also a noteworthy discussion because since Disney+ entered the fray MCU series on other networks have been progressively ending and ceasing development so this would be the first since D+ to move forward.

Loeb talks about his plans for Disney+ and his aims to launch 5 animated Marvel shows and 4 new live action connected shows that include Ghost Rider (which will see the AoS version return but possibly with his appearance in that show retconned, still unclear). It's the usual stuff but still reeks of a studio that Disney needs to sort out, if the MCU Marvel Studio series work I can see Feige convincing the Mouse House to ditch the Execs he doesn't get on with and to merge the studios as the toe treading and body pile for Marvel TV vs Marvel Studios rises

Brace yourselves, reportedly Sony and Marvel have parted ways despite the success of Spider-Man: Far From Home. Due to a disagreement over the terms for the third SM entry, Marvel and Feige will no longer be involved in the production of Spider-Man 3 meaning the franchise is now solely back under the creative control of Sony.
In effect, Far From Home will mark the final time a Spider-Man film will connect directly with the wider MCU. As such, Sony (which is reportedly developing a fourth entry as well) will likely fast track Spider-Man's connection to the likes of Morbius and Venom that are already in development.

Playing Devil’s Advocate for a moment, one can understand Sony’s stance on this if the reports are true.
Marvel/Disney already make all of the money on merch and other stuff surrounding Spidey. The rights to the character belong to Sony fair and square. What is wrong with the present agreement? Why should Sony allow Marvel/Disney to financially kneecap them over Spidey just so he can remain in the MCU? Sony have shown that they can make Spidey a success on their own with Into The Spider-Verse.
Not playing Devil’s Advocate...Marvel/Disney have obviously put major work in to have Spidey become part of the MCU and the character is obviously theirs even if the rights currently are not, so one can obviously see why they are asking for a fairer cut of the Spidey MCU proceeds, especially when those films have grossed what they have done at the box-office.
Best case scenario: This is a smoke-screen and it all gets resolved.
Middle-case scenario: It isn’t resolved and everybody goes their separate ways, Tom Holland stays in the role but we finally get a Spidey/Venom live-action face-off or Sony continue down the Spider-Verse animated route.
Worst-case scenario: It isn’t resolved, everybody goes their separate ways, Tom Holland exits the role, Sony reboot the franchise yet again and we get yet another “With great power...” genesis story. I’m done with Spider-Man if that happens.
