Having just recently watched Samurai Girl Real Bout High School, I thought this was a bit of a coincedence too. Perhaps being a violent, red haired, female in Japan is associated to being a monkey using some odd logic. , bit strange to start with as i thought from half the character design that magic is fully known and practiced but it appears not which is confusing after the eraser fell on his head im sure the redhead spotted this.. plus that guy is practically Harry Potter.
Plus did anyone get reminded of 'Real Bout Samurai Girl', the Monkey taunts towards the Red headed girl?
Ah! My Goddess was nice, a much slower pace compared to the awfully rushed OAVs. The character designs seem even more Sakura Taisen inspired now than ever before which isn't a bad thing.Comment

GS Destiny ep 13 was dam good, I don't think there's single pilot anymore that can go toe to toe with Kira, authran/Shinn many have 'Seed' mode but kira's in a league of his own now, specially when Freedom at the moe is the most powerful Gundam still.Comment

I still have to watch Air, along with a ton of other anime got 13eps an counting of stuff i d/led this week and haven't watched...

Finally watched Air, and found quite enjoyable despite the main girl having a horrible voice, the hint of magic school a dead cert. Xenosaga was dammed ugly, though i kind of enjoyed specially when the gnosis attacked, reminded me of Gunbuster abit.
Naruto 116-117 = wow, i loved that fight inthe manga to watch that finally animated is a real treat, from 128 hakke to the final attack at the end, top notch, bring on Kimi

I cant give enough props to the Bobobo translation! Every episode of that I watch I'm rolling about laughing, and there's SO much to translate and so many jokes playing on words, kanji etc - the translation is sick!
It must be feared! IT. MUST. BE. FEARED!!!1
