Bounen no Xamdou ep3 - nice little episode, still loving the sounds, music and art. I like that they've already brought in abit of history with this humanform battles years ago very much reminding of the two brothers from Eureka7. Anyone found an mp3 of the OP yet?

Hidamari Sketch x365 seems to be a prequel to the original series, but is just as funny and cute. The animation is rather good too.

Edit: Also, after seeing some glowing comments on /a/ from people who could type coherent sentences, I decided to look at the first episode of Eve no Jikan. Very very swish looking and intriguing. Like Chobits but without the cheesey rom/com angle but a more realistic look. First subs are apparently a bit iffy but they're readable enough if that helps.

Just finished Kaiba, well that was . . . . . . different, im still not totally sure what the hell was going on. Was certainly a change from the usual shows.

Also watched the first 3 eps of Xam'd earlier, loving it so far, looks brilliant in HD. Reminded me alot of Eureka 7, and Rahxephon for some reason. Ill also agree with others the OP is brill, but ive been a fan of the Boom Boom Satellites since i heard there stuff on the Appleseed CG remake soundtrack a couple years back.

Freedom ep7 - last episode and its longer than the other clocking in at about 50 mins. Been enjoying freedom for the last 2 years, with its Akira'esk bikes and art with a sense of adventure from small beginings not usually found in anime anymore.

I was expecting a wake up punch for Kazuma but he was already on Takaru's side with his own plans till he turned up late to the party so the big punch up at the end lost of bit excitment and was more of "your late" punch from Kaz and a "you asshole im here to get you" punch from Tak . Loved the ending to, with them heading of to Mars which was unexpected

Started to watch Freedom after you mentioned it Tobal, i'd never heard of it before, it took awhile to get used to the character art style(old school in 3d) but its a really good series so far (ep 3). The op song sounds similar to the song from Kingdom Hearts

i never would have thought they'd kill off Nunnaly (even if they where hinting that rolo had those intentions), Suzaku is just becoming a bigger prick by the ep. I predict some bat**** insane Zero will appear now that she's dead, im guessing theres no holding him back now. Should make the last 7 eps an interesting watch.

Lelou sent Rolo along to rescue Nunally. Didn't he already find out what Rolo had done to Shirley? I mean surely he'd have known the same sort of thing was likely to happen again. It just seemed really stupid on his part.

It also seems like C.C's message about the geass leaving you on your own is coming true with every episode. It was in large part thanks to his geass all that while ago that Nunally is gone (or appears to be, who knows if they'll revive her somehow). I also still don't mind Suzaku that much. It's Nina that gets on my nerves the most at the moment. I'm hoping they're saving a long and agonizing death for her. Also nice to see that weird knights of round get taken out by the new souped up guren, he was starting to really annoy me.

Suzaku's not really being as annoying as he was at the start anymore since he's back to his hypocritical whining phase. Schneizel and Nina are the more annoying by far. Wasn't really surprised by the Nunnally death really; more I was surprised it took this long to get rid of her. Her and Zero's insistence of trying to remain at Ashford were the things that have really been hampering him.

Wondering how they'll go from here now. I mean, it looks like they lost that battle and no doubt a fair number of their troops so morale and confidence must be rock bottom. Top it off with Todou possibly knowing about Zero's identity and things get very strange. And then there's still Emperor Wakamoto floating around.

I think the stuff Todou knows about is the masscare mission of the lab which might turn them against him, and it was pretty stupid of Lulu to send Rolo in to a rescue mission based on his track record. Still, it was top episode with at least 7 secondary character culls(if you count the couple of known Ashford Knights that got killed) and Kallen returning in a a Hax Guren "Seiten Hakkyoku Shiki" made the episode for me... apart from the nuke , still i was hopeing the mecha didn't get to hax and that Kallen using it cause stress to the body much like Graham in his sup'd up FLAG from 00 to add that bit of danger.

Detriot Metal City - seems to be OVA to promote the live action film, but its damned good. Its like a combination of Beck, NHK and evil KISS. Going track down the manga for sure.

Birdy ep3 - Wasn't expecting that,

tute is already dead. it was obivous he was a sitting target every ep but he always got away, but not this time.

Again nice art/animation and i can't get enough of high noise she machine when is jumps, run or winds up a punch or kick.

Znt season3 ep6 - damn you mysterous fog and random bright light getting in the way of Siesta naked ass, even though most of the ep was about the love drug and it was telegraphed what would happen, i was still giggling.

Suzaku must live Geass, seems to have killed Nanually since he was about to give up and pay for his wrong-doings and poor old lord bradley, Kallen seems like the best pilot the elevens have, seems however to be getting similar to Gundam every day (Seiten - superlative extruder interlocked technology exclusive nexus)

Xamdou 5: More of the world being revealed; about Nakiami and who she is, about the commander and what they're up to. Everytime I watch a new ep I feel a bit disappointed it's not 52 episodes long just because it seems so epic like Eureka Seven was.

Natsume Yuujinchou 6: Loved this episode. Swallow girl was ace and the ed was really cheesily nice even if

Aside from Xamdou, this has to be my favourite series of the season.
