I never really thought about that, it pretty much ended like Suzuka did with the start of the relationship so I wasn?t really bothered by the lack of Asa/Rin action after crafting knife scene, as in my eye?s I don?t think those two would have any trouble from the rest of girls. If she had listened in the first place there wouldn?t be much drama for the last few eps, even if it seems to go against Asa?s agony aunt way?s. Scans of the manga only seem to have 2 chapters done, I think some of the novels are done, and the H-game translation patch is around 90%.

It's true that it wouldn't have made for any drama but I just thought it was stupid on Asa's part. After all the reason she didn't use magic was because she didn't want to her mum's feelings. I'm sat there thinking do you think your mother cares whether you use magic or not as long you're still alive and healthy. It just seemed to go against her character, as for most of the series she was the most clued up girl of the lot.

Anybody had a chance to check out Fate stay night yet? I'm getting a really good vibe from the series after episode 1, not exactly sure why though. Love the night scenes, especially that bit with Tohsaka Rin and Archer on the rooftop - simply oozed class.

Didn't really think the recap was necessary though it did give me a chance to watch the fight between Ishida and the uber creepy Mayuri again - such an awesome showdown.

The rest of the episode was most tying up loose ends in Soul Society. Guess Rukia and Ichigo's 'relationship' really is just platonic in the end, though I guess that's a good thing since it would have just become clich?d otherwise. The bit with Ishida and the new clothes he made for everyone was great, the quirky humour that I love Bleach for.

Now, what I am looking forward to is the new arc as depicted in the next episode preview; Ichigo's narration provided a really sinister air coupled with the shots of the new bad guys. Looks like we'll get a new end sequence and theme according to various sources too next week.

Yep. Checked out the first episode and although it was a little slow it's got me interested enough to watch on for the time being. Really love the OP as well which is always a bonus. I liked the look of it from the promo trailer I saw a couple of weeks back and the action hasn't got going yet and I'm told the story of the H-game it's based on is supposed to be pretty good. So there should be more to look forward to. I like the character designs, especially Archer who sort of reminds me of Dante probably because of the red clothing and white/silvery hair. I suppose a part of it is down to the hype that is surrounding the series from some forums, but I'm looking forward to more of it and hopefully with eclipse subbing we should have regular releases every week.

I'm going to start reading the hajime no ippo manga but want to know where its best to start as i've seen all the anime and OAV's. Volume /chapter start point would be useful and any links where i can download them would be greatly appreciated

Angel Heart ep4/5 ? keeps getting better and better, I really like the cast a lot and the story is developing well, and the classic art style is a winner!

PoniPaniDash ep15 ? Some funny stuff in that ep, every time that Idiot did Goku Spirit Collection move made me laugh, still have ep 16 to watch!

ah its alright now. i found a site and torrent which has what i needed. the anime finished at vol31 and the OAV and movie finishes at vol34 i think.
i'm currently on volume 50 with another 18 to go! :S

Nice story progession there for 10-11, and ep12 wow that is one hell of mothering fcking fight, they really blew a crap load of budget art and animation on Yuu/Isami fight as it was well worth it(in fact the entire episode anaimtion was above and beyond). I just knew Isami wasn't going to make it as soon as he back was turned and that git of whatever it is killed him and now Karasu is half dead and a few limbs short of full body. Lovely touch with Ai crying at the end.

New Bleach arc's shaping up quite nicely, and it's a filler arc too no less!

Not exactly sure what the new end sequence is all about, but I have a feeling that the the bird, rabbit, and turtle are like Kon. The blonde girl, masked man, and moustache bloke must be able to transfer their souls into inanimate objects, hence the dolls. Now watch all of this blow up in my face and not turn out like this at all!

I thought the Bleach filler was pretty decent too. It put my fears at rest as I've been dreading it since it was 1st rumoured, but it turned out ok

Originally I wanted the show to go on hiatus for a while, but I can't live without my weekly fix of Bleach (both anime and manga) so this works out for the best.

Aye, I was a bit unsure about the filler coming straight after the phenomenal Soul Society arc, but like yourself, I can't do without my usual weeklies.

Studio Pierot are also responsible for Naruto though, why can't they improve the filler for that? This week's episode is a ramen cook-off FFS...

Angel Heart eps 4 and 5 were ace. The story is really kicking off now and I'm loving it. Well and truly hooked to it now after the slow start. Already had a few surprises this early into the series. Makes me want to try and track down the full city hunter series even more now.

well I'm up to episode 9 now and again it's getting better and better. Episode 9 used the dimension travelling thing nicely to delve into the back story of Yuu's mother IMO. Not too sure about one or two of the character designs. One of the dragon knights/dragoons looks a bit too much like Samurai Jack for my liking. I'm also digging the relationshippy type stuff between the characters, both present and future versions. I'm lookking forward to catching up the next few episodes.

Canvas2 episode 13. Wow is all I can say. It's up there with some of the later more dramatic episodes of Shuffle and Suzuka IMO. I knew there was a bit more to the confession we see in the first episode but I wasn't expecting that stuff. The back story between Hiroki, Kiri and their friend was ace. Answers a load of questions that I had about Hiroki the main ones being why he stopped drawing and why he rejected Kiri when they were young. Also sets up the future episodes nicely now that we know quite a bit about the 3 of them and now that their friend has been introduced into the present timeframe. Personally if I were Hiroki, my first reaction would have been to punch Yanagi, I mean what kind of a friend does that sort of stuff to you? Not a very good one tbfh. The series as a whole is going from strength to strength for me. So far I've not had too many problems with some of the main characters in this. For the most part Hiroki is a likeable guy and pretty smart, and has yet to take advantage of anyone or do anything incredibly stupid like say Yamato or Rin. The girls? well there's only really two of them that like Hiroki and they seem pretty stable mentally, though I reckon Elis might lose it again. Can't wait for the next episode, there could be some major fireworks(at least that's what I'm hoping for).

Anybody checked out some of the new shows that have been airing? Aside from Fate/Stay Night which has been pretty good(ep2 was great I thought) I've not had a chance to check out any others.

Only caught Fate/Stay Night so far (enjoyed the 2eps out), i haven't even looked at what?s coming in that's new.

I had a quick look the new shows(not that many), not that interesting apart from Ballard and Tactical Roar, i had forgot i downloaded Kagihime still have yet to watch it, all i know it about girl fighting girls for books... possibly.

I'd settle for more Gash Bell and Angel Heart being subbed.
