OK, the guy is getting threatening and aggressive now, repeatedly demanding I sent him an invoice in AUD. Which I tried - as expected, you can't! It's converted automatically on his end when he tries to pay via paypal.

How can I contact eBay to report this? How do I even report it?

I have an item on there for ?150 and when I checked my mail I had a best offer from a guy with 0 feedback. He also sent me a message that says:

live in louborough will like to come pick it for 75 pounds

Excuse me? I don't care where you live or how much you'd like to pick it up for. You can **** OFF!

Repeat in firm but friendly terms what you've already told him. The item was offered in GB? and the exchange rate and any conversion fees incured by an international buyer are not the seller's responsibility to sort out. That is between the purchaser and the payment system provider ie. PayPal.

Then give him an ultimatum - if he doesn't pay up within 7 days you'll offer it as a second chance item, like cutmymillk suggested.

You've done eveything right on your side but the guy sounds like he is a jerk. Unless you feel like sending him an inflated AU$ price to see if he pays it I'd walk away.

I get stuff like that now and again. I had someone lowballing me by ?30, me refusing and offering him ?10 off BIN and then the guy had a go at me for 'wasting his time'!

It reads to me like English may not be his first language. A lot of polish people speak to me in a similar way at the store I work at when they ask a question. It's the problem with text is that it can be often misinterpreted

I have no idea how he managed to log into my paypal account and get a transaction to his paypal account. I don't ever fall for those phishing scams or ever log into any dodgy websites, I'm pretty savvy in that respect.

It's insane, I need to tighten up my security. I don't even need paypal, I use it because i'm a lazy turd.
