Someone bidded on a ps2 i had for sale the other day. It's been 3 days since, and they've replied once with the email "Ran past my paypal limit thught id ben outbid"

And that was it. Basically they had been outbid, but i ended up cancelling it because the user had 0 feedback.

Anyhoo

They still havent contacted me, and my 2 or 3 emails since have appeared to be fruitless. So should i wait a bit longer, or apply for non payment from ebay and end the ****ing about?
