I've just noticed that someone is using one of my images for use in an auction on ebay. It's a pretty common game so i'm not too bothered about it. Should i warn the bidders that the item they are bidding on is actually mine? Or should i just go to ebay (not sure what this comes under?). The item ends within the next day so by the time i email ebay about it the auction will have ended anyway.

Gamestation makes all staff sign a written statement stopping us from buying up limited stock and selling on eBay, so Im sure Game have something similar.

I'd guess it's someone who that store manager pissed off and they are having a stab at getting the guy in the ****.

No user feedback. Hmmm. Someone didn't get a box by pre-ordering and probably not putting down some hard cash. Is it just me who can see through this?

Getting precious about the stock is ****ing childish, there is a market and good luck to anyone who sticks their hand in their pocket to make a few quid. I've just bought 2 boxs from Germany, will i get them? Who knows, that's my gamble.
