Somehow I doubt Hamilton will have a problem sharing the same piece of track as DC though.

Hmmm, evaluating ways of distinguishing the soft tyres for the pit wall guys and us watching:

Surely the white band would be better as we could see it from nearly every angle (inc in car) whereas the red dot would only be seen from external side on shots. I bet they choose the red dot though! Or maybe they'll use both?

Clearly the white is the best option given that photo!

Why do you say that? Why them over any of the other teams?

Great news I think. Will allow the truly good drivers to shine a little more.

Well because Renault have had an advantage over the last few years by having just about the best traction control system in formula 1.

Excellent, a return to more driver skill, we should also see the field shook up a bit more in wet races as well as the real wet weather specialists will have a distinct advantage.

Interesting if they have, sure you don't mean the best launch control? I wonder if the banning of TC systems will affect the LC much or if that will still be allowed

I was thinking of launch control, my mistake but
The sport's governing body the FIA will police the ban on the system that prevents wheelspin
Which is kinda what launch control does.

The FIA will probably ban the drivers next. I just swish they would adhere to one set of rules and stick to them for, say, three seasons.
