According to my TV mag, BBC2 are showing the (Moto GP) race live at 7pm. Be criminal if they're not, first bike race at Indinapolis for almost 100 years. And Rossi is on pole

It's Live on Eurosport for sure.

Oh excellent, I was hoping the MotoGP would be on the red button. The BBC wouldn't want to drop a top gear re-run or whatever ****e they're showing at 7 or 8 for some quality live sport!

excellent pole for Vettel and and excellent pole for Rossi.

was great seeing Hayden back in form, like him or not, I love his riding style, seeing him sliding that bike around the track is breathtaking, I bet when there would be no TC we would see more of Hayden at the front....

now, looking forward to an interersting F1 race, it's raining and Raikonen and Hamilton have to start from the far...

ps. There is a change that the MotoGP will be raced earlier or cancelled because of ****ty weather there... so keep an eye on the internet about it !
Hope it stays dry to see an amazing MotoGP race again !

Go Vettel! He's head and shoulders above anyone else in the field at the moment. Fair enough he has clear air, but even so.

Hamiltons forced someone off the track twice now. Second time he actively drove into him. Pretty crappy really, didn't like it when Schumacher did this kind of thing.

Well done to Vettel, bloody marvelous performance. Drive of the season for me, without a doubt.

Brilliant from Vettel. He was a class above the rest of the field today and fully deserved the victory.

Astonishing if you think about the car he was in, a Minardi basically. Drive of the decade more like. And if Ron was on the phone tomorrow, would you blame him for dumping Red Bull? Saying that, he seems like the kind of guy who wouldn't do it anyway. The team love him and he loves the teams. A young German in an Italian team, sounds familiar indeed.

Ferrari in 2011 is a distinct possibility.

Well that was a truly mature, yet stunning drive from Vettel. No mistakes, extending his lead lap by lap, that was just the perfect drive.

Youngest person on pole, youngest winner at 21, it's going to be years before that record is broken. Such a shame that he is going to Red Bull next year, and will be battling to get into the top 10 at the next GP if conditions are dry.

What makes it even better is that he comes across as a superb bloke, very conversant, open and humble. Add to that he shows his excitement out of the car, and he is a marketing man's dream, and a fan's dream.

I think I now have a new favourite driver, I've been waiting for one ever since Villeneuve left F1.

As for Hamilton, I'm starting to get really annoyed by some of his maneuvers. Great driver, great racer, but he is just far too aggressive sometimes, again witnessed by his move sideways on Webber. It was so noteworthy that even the normally Hamilton-doter (and just general dolt) James Allen commented on it.

I can respect Hamilton as a brilliant driver, but I don't think I can ever truly cheer him on like I can with a guy like Vettel or Rosberg.

Another wet race, another brilliant race. Lots of overtaking (although not at the front) and lots of slidey on-the-limit moments. Can you imagine what it will be like at Singapore if it rains again - new track, night conditions, soaking wet track. Please, please make this happen.

P.S. Raikkonen yet again setting a fastest lap. That's his 9th of the season out of 14 races. He's got the ultimate pace, yet needs to up his game in qualifying.

Vettel is similar to Michael at that stage in his career, I mean open and enthusiastic. I bet his manager's phone will be worn out before too long.

Superb stuff from Vettel. Really pleased for him and the team.

Nice to hear the German National Anthem followed by the Italian one too!

Another exciting race with lots of incidents. It was great seeing so many drivers going sideays through Ascari. Hamilton had a good race but the tyre situation messed him up.

Great stuff from Vettel, well deserved win for him.

Pissing it down at Indy at the moment. 250cc aboot to start.

Had a wee tear in my eye for Vettel. Excellent weekend.

What a race today, so exciting. Awesome race by Vettel, well done to him. Gutted that LH didn't pull it off, the tyre change just came too early and they gambled wrong.

It's heating up alot now with 4 races left, can't wait until Singapore! Is that next week?

That makes 3 races 3 weeks in a row, not had that for a while.
