It wouldn't be so suitable for fast sports or low light photography as the lens is quite slow, but, when there's a decent level of light, and with the lens stopped down a bit, you can get the sort of nice sharp shots I've posted above. The best feature of the lens is the nice bokeh.
It's a cheap consumer lens, so don't expect it to take too many knocks or weather, but for ?80 it's a bargain.

These guys are the UK distributors for M-Rock camera cases. They look pretty good. I've just ordered the Niagara for my Panny vidcam so I'll let you know what it's like. They are on ebay too as xpedia-outlet.
