I like that shot Ish, it reminds me of a old 80's music show where the presenter was computer animated head in a box, can't remember what it was called, but yeah cool shot
Love your set Marty, my favourites being the sea-horse and ferry, lovely colours on that one. That pink fish is a bit of a looker as well eh!

Some shots from today, unfortunately I managed to leave my camera on ISO 1600 for 40 odd shots, annoyingly over exposing them :/ I just about saved this one though
I also took a series of shots in a German underground hospital used in WW2 - it was just like the underground level in Resistance Fall of Man on PS3
And I think my favourite from today, another one from the underground hospital - I think this is quite a powerful B&W image - stark in its representation.

Ok, so on my pics there seems to be a reddish-band appearing along the top of every photo ( like the one of my niece here ) which is obviously very annoying, and when you're looking at the LCD screen to take a photo the whole screen is that shade of red ( though when you actually take a picture they come out OK except for the red-line along the top )
I've had the camera 4 years now and had thought about upgrading anyway - but is it a problem that means it's time to throw it away or is it fixable?Attached Files

More good shots Marty. Particularly like the saturated tunnel shots. The B&W one shot through the cage makes my eye go mad!
Couple from me. I'm not a fan of CCTV camera's and have deliberately set out to make that a "hard" image as a result. I've got a project in mind regarding privacy and surveillance.
The second I thought was neat the way the polariser brought out the structure behind the glass.
Taken the other weekend. Had a busy week and felt knackered today so took advantage of a lazy day to start catching up on my processing backlog. 30Gb of space free'd on my laptop hard drive as a result!
Oh and one more.

Thanks all - taken well over a thousand shots here so far.
SmokeMeAKipper - I'd suggest it's likely to be a knackered sensor, or possibly image processing, either way I'd doubt it'd be economically viable to repair over getting a modern P&S.
Ish - the CCTV shot is interesting - some very stylised processing on that one.
Some shots from today - grey this morning, but it cleared up around 5pm
And finally - the closest I'm going to get to shooting nudes anytime soon ...

So... Canon EOS450D - good first choice into the DSLR world?
