I thought this was rather interesting.



It might be hard to follow for people who don't understand Japanese, but the guy basically first rides on a train from China to North Korea - since foreigners ride on this train, the train passes past colourful high-rise buildings and gives the impression that people in North Korea have a decent lifestyle. The guy then switches to a local train, which shows things like houses with no windows, steam-powered transportation, wading through rivers because of the lack of bridges, people riding around on the back of trucks due to the lack of a consistant transportation system, erratic power line arrangement implying the lack of energy professionals in the country, etc. Quite fascinating.
