Jacket potatoes this evening. But not your regular jacket potatoes, oh no!
Cook 'em for a couple of hours, cut 'em in half, scoop out the inside and mash in a bowl with lots of butter, cheese and bacon, place back in the half skins. Sprinkle a tiny bit of grated cheese on the tops and whack back in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with whatever you fancy. Tonight it shall be freshly prepared chicken goujons with a nice sauce of some description (BBQ or a Nandos type job).
