Salmon and steamed veggies tonight. Some of that wacky lemon/herb rub on the salmon to make it slightly interesting. Dinner time in about 10 minutes Should be good!

After gorging on meat for the last three days some vegetarian food sounds appealing, so I am making Butternut Squash and Gruyere pasties to be served with salad and potatoes. Some booze is also called for.
